Mahālakṣmī

The paper examines a narrative transmitted in chapter 49 of the Ahirbudhnyasaṃhitā, a South Indian Pāñcarātra text from the 13th century. This narrative provides an example of how the goddess Lakṣmī and her worship were integrated into Vaiṣṇava traditions.
