| Summary: | O artigo procura mostrar a relevância do acordo diplomático celebrado entre o Brasil e a Igreja católica, por intermédio da Santa Sé. Os operadores do direito desconhecem o referido pacto e a força que ele tem para solidar os valores cristãos na sociedade brasileira. Nesta reflexão, comentam-se os pontos mais importantes do mencionado pacto. This article shows the importance of the Diplomatic Agreement celebrated between Brazil and the Catholic Church, thru the Holy See. The jurists, in general, do not know the mentioned pact neither its power towards the solidification of the Christian Values in the Brazilian society. In this commentary, we study the most relevant parts of the agreement. |
