Aber die Anwendung des Resilienzkonzeptes ist nicht voraussetzungsfrei. Vielmehr ist die Entwicklung von Resilienz eine individuelle Herausforderung, die jedoch ohne ermöglichende Rahmenbedingungen nicht gelingt. Die Propagierung von Resilienzentwicklung sollte dabei einer kritischen Betrachtung unterzogen werden. Handelt es sich tatsächlich um eine realistische Reifungschance für professionell Pflegende oder versteckt sich dahinter eine Disziplinartechnologie zum Erwerb von Überlebensstrategien in einem reformschwachen Arbeitsbereich? | ||

The defencelessness of those working in the field of ambulant care can lead to a violation of their dignity. The concept of resilience seems to offer a possibility for self-protection to professional caregivers. However, when applying this concept one needs to be aware of presuppositions. Challenging the individual to develop resilience can only succeed if there is enabling framework. Thus the propagation of developing resilience has to be critically considered. Is it truly a real chance for professional caregivers to develop personal maturity? Or is resilience rather a disciplinary technology in order to acquire individual survival strategies in a professional field which refuses to be reformed? | ||
