Operando una non facile sintesi, esso adotta e valorizza l'utilizzo dei molteplici e diversificati approcci psicodinamici. Al servizio degli agenti impegnati soprattutto nel discernere e giudicare Cause matrimoniali, il PDM, rispetto al DSM-5, si offre quele complementare e più preciso strumento di valutazione. La sua presentazione porta a pertenti riflessioni circa il "discernere" e "scegliere", circa le "operazioni trascendentali" (si veda il contributo di B. Lonergan), che vengono poste in atto da chi s'impegna in una "scelta di vita" (per esempio, quella matrimoniale), come pure da chi fosse chiamato a giudicarla (Peritim Avvocati, Giudici coinvolti in una Causa matrimoniale). Alcune considerazioni riguardano le possibili dinamiche consce e intenzionali; altre quelle più emotive e inconsce, spesso riconducibili a un inconscio affettivo "non patologico". Infine, si prospetta una visione antropologica "tridimensionale", che dà ragione delle molteplici maturità/immaturità presenti nei "giudicati" e nei "guidicanti", e che offre opportunità formative agli uni e agli altri. The PDM (Psychodynamic Diagnostic Manual), beyond symptoms and syndromes, is aimed at grasping the uniquenes and "inner" reality of the personality. By operating an uneasy synthesis, it adopts and the use of multiple and diversified psychodynamic approaches. At the servie of pursuing officials, above all in discerning and judging matrimonial Cases, the PDM, compared to the DSM-5, offers as a complementary and more precise assessment tool. Its presentation leads to relevant reflections about "discerning" and "choosing", about the "transcendental operations" (see the contribution of B. Lonergan), which are put in action for those who strive for a "life choice" (for example, the matrimonial), as well as those who are called upon to judge it (Experts, Lawyers, Judges involved in a matrimonail Case). Some considerations concern the possible conscious and intentional dynamics; others that are more emotive and unconscious, often ascibable to a "non-pathological" affective unconscious. Finally, "three-dimensional" anthropological vision is envisioned, which gives reasons for the multiple maturity/immaturity present in those "judged" and in "those who judge", and that offers formative opportunity to one another. | ||
