En second lieu, l’auteur poursuit son enquête sur Qo 2,4-11, mais en opérant un double déplacement: il adopte une approche intertextuelle et limite son analyse aux textes bibliques. Plus précisément, il propose une analyse intertextuelle entre, d’une part, Qo 2,4-11 et, d’autre part, les récits relatifs au roi Salomon (1 R 3-11 et 2 Chr 1-9) et certains textes de création, notamment ceux de Gn 1-3. Cette double analyse montre que Qo se présente à la fois comme une sorte d’anti-Salomon et comme un Dieu qui a tout fait pour lui-même et non pour autrui, un Dieu dont la création se révèle sans valeur. | ||

In the first one, the author presents the main sources that are supposed to have inspired Qo 2,4-11, i.e.: Mesopotamian, Egyptian, Persian, Greek and Egyptian-Oriental sources. In the second part, he pursues his inquiry on Qo 2,4-11, while operating a double shift, by adopting an intertextual approach and by limiting his analysis to biblical texts. More precisely, he offers an intertextual analysis between, on the one hand, Qo 2,4-11 and, on the other hand, the stories relating to King Solomon (1 Kings 3-11 and 2 Chr 1-9), as well as several texts relating to the creation of the world, in particular Gen 1-3. This double analysis shows that Qo presents himself both as a kind of anti-Salomon, and as a God who would have done everything for himself but not for others, and whose creation reveals itself as being without value. | ||
