| 520 | |a In the essay we study the third of four questions of the article dedicated to the term "word" in the Commentary of Bonaventure in the First of the Sentences. The question concerns the logical connections between the concept of word and those of knowledge and wisdom. The context is of Trinitarian theology, discussing the attribution, personal or essential, of the three terms. After having presented as the same question which was made by some 13th century masters who may have some connection with Bonaventure (1), the structure of the problem of the bonaventurian commentary (2). With such historical-critical and structural premise, a hermeneutic of the text is proposed (3): of the authorities to support, of the responses and solutions against their proper position. The heart of the question lies in the defi nition that Bonaventure offers us "word": "a representation expressed by someone and intending to express something generated by the power of an intelligent spirit, in the sense that he or she perceives himself or herself". As a final point, some Bonaventure teaching suggests (4) for a interpretation of the philosophy of contemporary language. (English) | ||
