Qu’est-ce qui a changé par rapport aux scrutins précédents ? – questions à quoi se cantonnent, pour l’essentiel, les commentaires et les analyses dont ont fait l’objet les différents scrutins qui se sont succédés tout au long des trois dernières décennies.
