At the same time, a loss of impact on the part of diaconal public relations can be certified. With the occupational field study "How do You See Yourself?" ("Wie sehen Sie sich selbst?") conducted in 2014, the structures of the public relations professional field and characteristics of public relations functionaries of the deaconry were studied for the first time. The results of the study provide information concerning the personal traits of the players, their field of work, the organizational environment as well as additional selected topics. The study possesses an exploratory character and offers a glimpse towards further researches, in order to advise and support the development and professionality of diaconal press and public relations work. | ||
| 520 | |a Die Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit des evangelischen Wohlfahrtsverbands Deutschlands (Diakonie) befindet sich in einer Rechtfertigungs- und Legitimationskrise: Die Ansprüche und Erwartungen der Kirche und Diakonie an die PR-Akteure nehmen zu. Gleichzeitig ist ein Wirkungsverlust der PR der Diakonie zu attestieren. Mit der 2014 durchgeführten Berufsfeldstudie "Wie sehen Sie sich selbst?" wurden zum ersten Mal Strukturen des PR-Berufsfeldes und Merkmale von PR-Funktionsträgern der Diakonie untersucht. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung geben Aufschluss über die persönlichen Merkmale der Akteure, ihr Arbeitsfeld, das organisationale Umfeld sowie ausgewählte Themenfelder. Die Studie hat einen erkundenden, explorativen Charakter und öffnet den Blick für weitere Untersuchungen, um die Entwicklung der Professionalität diakonischer Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zu begleiten und zu fördern. | ||
