Description
Résumé:E. Gabellieri's intervention sees the originality of Fides et ratio in matching metaphysical inspiration and the contribution of phenomenology. The two aspects, seemingly diverse, actually converge on the current question of theology, because, since phenomenology claims to put itself today as the hair metaphysics, theology was constituted in the Middle Ages by the meeting-contamination between metaphysics and faith. From a hermeneutics of medieval theology pointing out the different models of the relationship between faith and reason and between philosophy and theology there emerges that the integration of metaphysics with phenomenology is not enough to execute the aim of the encyclical; it is necessary that theology should produce its own model and it cannot unless passing through biblical hermeneutics.
