| 520 | |a Este breve estudio recoge en apéndice la legislación relativa a la inclusión de los dirigentes religiosos islámicos de España en el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social. El autor estudia en su comentario a la norma tanto el abanico de destinatorios de la misma como el ámbito de protección de que gozan éstos, así como todos los aspectos relativos a la cotización a la Seguridad Social y a las obligaciones empresariales en este ámbito. Este estudio constituye parte de otros ya presentados anteriormente en estas páginas relativos a la inclusión en el Régimen general de la Seguridad Social de los clérigos de la Iglesia Ortodoxa rusa del patriarcado de Moscú, recientemente aparecido en estas páginas, y otros estudios anteriores publicados en esta Revista. This brief stuidy includes as an appendix the legislation regarding the inclusion of the Islamic leaders of Spain in the general Regime of Social Security. In his commentary the author studies the norm and the range of people it applies to, as well as the sphere of protection which they enjoy, looking at all aspects regarding claiming Social Security and the employers' obligations in this regard. The study is part of others which have already been published in this review about the inclusion in the General Regime of the Social Security system of the clerics of the Orthodox Church belonging to the Patriarchate of Moscow, and also of other articles previously published in this revue | ||
