Ital.: Il contributo presenta i principali arresti giurisprudenziali italiani ed europei in tema di unioni tra persone dello stesso sesso. L'autore prende in esame le pronunce rese dai giudici costituzionli italiani, dai tribunali nazionali di legittimità e di merito, sino ad approfondire il tema all'interno della giurisprudenza delle corti europee, in particolare della Corte Europea dei Diritti dell'Uomo. |
