Description
Résumé:The motivations of parents within an ominously competitive society can be mediated through a servant leadership philosophy in order to nourish a supportive ecosystem within the home and community context for children. The ancient motif of the shepherd will be explored as a lens to understand mentoring, along with practical steps assisting parents to mentor by implementing mentorship mottos that emphasize embodying integrity, promoting an emboldened lifestyle, modeling education, and providing meaningful recognition.
