Une étude comparative avec la constitution de 2014 qui lui a succédé remet en question les théories binaires qui opposent des islamistes cherchant à instaurer une théocratie à des démocrates séculiers mus par un désir de démocratiser et de laïciser l'exercice du pouvoir. | ||

This document, widely criticized, remained in force for six months only. First constitution ever written by Islamist parties, its analysis is particularly interesting in order to understand their perception of politics and study the coexistence of references to Islamic normativity with modern constitutionalism principles. A comparative analysis with the constitution of 2014 which took over from this text will question the binary theories that draw a distinction between Islamists seeking to establish a theocracy and secular democrats looking for the democratization and secularization of the exercise of power. | ||
