Avec la pluralité culturelle de plus en plus accentuée de la société, l'État a dû s'adapter tout en maintenant ce qui fait l'identité de la nation qu'il s'agit aussi de transmettre. Mais ce défi, qui passe notamment par l'éducation, est tout autant du ressort des acteurs privés. | ||
| 520 | |a The author retraces one of the axes of Unesco's chair, "Human Rights and Ethics of International Cooperation" using the case study of a school in Italy and its "Teachings of the Catholic Religion". The constitutional court decided that it was incompatible with the concept of secularism. With cultural diversity becoming increasingly stronger, the State had to adapt all the while maintaining national identity that must be passed down as well. However, this challenge, which requires the participation of education notably, is also the responsibility of private actors. | ||
