La mobilisation des ressources de la tradition chrétienne se révèle pertinente dans l'analyse de cas, dans la formation vertueuse d'une conscience en relation, et aujourd'hui dans l'élaboration d'un processus de résilience collective. Il s'agit tout autant d'une formation intellectuelle que de l'appropriation de valeurs, ainsi que de capacités relationnelles et d'un espace de sécurité intérieure qui permettent de vivre de manière responsable et heureuse le travail de la conscience morale. 
520 |a The pedagogy of initiation proposes new experiences and collective practices as means of forming the moral conscience in its threefold function of prudential judgment, decision-making leading to concrete action, and the evaluation of decisions and actions in the context of a suitably coherent moral biography. The mobilisation of resources from the Christian tradition assists the analysis of cases, the virtuous formation of a conscience in relation, and the development of a process of collective resilience. This approach is as much about intellectual formation as it is about the appropriation of values as well as relational skills and a sense of inner stability that make it possible to live the work of moral conscience in a responsible and happy way.
