Summary: | We conclude data on the presence of Brazilian immigrants in churches since 1992 in the city of Orlando. The interviews reveal that there is a first generation of Brazilians in the 1990s in the central city of Florida and their participation in American churches, since there were no Brazilian churches. The first Brazilian church to be constituted in Orlando is called First Baptist Church of Orlando (1998), popularly known by the acronym PIBBO and the Catholic Church constituted its first parish for Brazilians in (2002) with Ressurection Catholic Church. This research intends to contribute with data on the role of the Brazilian church for Brazilian immigrants in Orlando, at this moment we insert the first data about the Brazilian migratory flow, this collection is in progress and has exploratory methods through interviews, participant observation and survey in the MonkeySurvey platform.
