| Summary: | Die Kirche wird in der jüngeren Vergangenheit nicht nur als moralische Instanz, sondern vermehrt auch als politische Stimme wahrgenommen. Aktuell strukturiert sie Integrationsprozesse Geflüchteter mit und schafft strukturelle Rahmenbedingungen für die hauptund ehrenamtliche Arbeit im Handlungsfeld Flucht und Asyl. Welche kommunikative Rolle der Kirche dabei zugeschrieben wird und inwieweit die Unterstützung der Flüchtlingshilfe der Institution Kirche zu mehr Reputation verhelfen kann, sind Fragen, mit denen sich die Studie "Evaluation der Arbeit mit Geflüchteten in Oberbayern" auseinandersetzt. Während Haupt- und Ehrenamt die finanzielle Hilfe und Bereitstellung von Infrastruktur und Personal loben, fordern sie von der Kirche jedoch eine stärkere politische Positionierung im öffentlichen Diskurs um Zuwanderung. The church has always been perceived as a moral authority for socio-political issues and as a political voice. It currently helps to structure the integration processes of refugees and creates the underlying conditions for full-time and voluntary work in the field of refugees and asylum. The communicative role attributed to the church and whether voluntary workers who are supported by the church feel closer to this institution are some of the research questions addressed by the study "Evaluation of the Work with Refugees in Upper Bavaria". Whereas the financial backing and allocation of infrastructure and staff are praised as a sign of altruism, the Church is criticized and demands are also heard that it should assume a stronger political position in the public discourse concerning immigration and to also provide appropriate guidance on this subject. |
