A proposta que apresento pretende abalizar: a) o contributo que emprestaram algumas das línguas semitas ocidentais mais antigas (fenício, púnico, hebraico e siríaco) aos étimos regionais; b) a influência do orientalismo sidérico na alteração dos quadros mental, cultural e religioso dos sítios de habitat. De modo a construir um modelo interpretativo verosímil, argumentado e coerente (apesar de conscientemente controverso), servir-me-ei dos diversos contributos que, há mais de um século, os diferentes cientistas sociais têm dado à bibliografia local. Também lançarei mão dos mais recentes progressos feitos nos campos da arqueologia sidérica e da filologia oriental. | ||
| 520 | |a The paper that follows is a reading (inferential and disputable) of the Tagus’ estuary occupation. The proposal aims for the analysis of: a) the contribution of some of the earliest Western Semitic languages (Phoenician, Punic, Hebrew and Syriac) to the regional etymons; b) the influence of sideric orientalism on changing the mental, cultural and religious frameworks of habitat sites.In order to construct a plausible, argumentative, and coherent interpretive model (albeit consciously controversial), I willuse the various contributions that the different social scientists have provided to the local bibliography for more than a century. I will also make use of the latest developments in the fields of sideric archeology and Eastern philology. | ||
