| Zusammenfassung: | L’auteur présente et discute la démarche méthodologique, philosophique, sociologique et théologique de Pierre Gisel dans son livre intitulé Sortir le religieux de sa boîte noire. Plusieurs concepts de base de l’ouvrage sont mis en perspective et problématisés : religion, transcendance, subjectivation, critique du monde contemporain, rupture, commun, communautarisme, universalisme. L’auteur s’interroge notamment sur la manière dont Gisel interprète la situation et la tâche actuelles de la théologie et sa manière de concevoir l’universalisme sans faire du Christ un fondement absolu et sans succomber au communautarisme ecclésiologique. Cela suppose aussi de jeter un regard spécifique sur l’héritage protestant explicite revendiqué sur un mode critique par Gisel (Schleiermacher, Barth) et de tisser des liens possibles entre Gisel, le dernier Bonhoeffer et Paul Tillich. The author presents and discusses the methodological, philosophical, sociological, and theological approach of Pierre Gisel in his book entitled Sortir le religieux de sa boîte noire (Getting religion out of its black box). Several basic concepts of the book are put into perspective and problematized : religion, transcendence, subjectivation, critique of the contemporary world, rupture, the common, communitarianism, universalism. The author is particularly concerned with how Gisel interprets the current situation and task of theology and how he conceives of universalism without making Christ an absolute foundation and without succumbing to ecclesiological communitarianism. The author also considers the explicit Protestant heritage critically claimed by Gisel (Schleiermacher, Barth) and the possible links between Gisel, the late Bonhoeffer, and Paul Tillich. |
