The aim of this essay, in line with the topic of the volume, is to discuss the possibility of a meaningful interaction between “virtual reality” and “transcendence”. By developing a paradigmatic comparison between technique and “magic”, as anthropological frameworks, the paper argues that it is impossible to develop meaningful transcendence with “virtual reality”. | ||
