Means of neoshamanism are psychedelic drugs, specific type of music and dance; its goal is personal and cultural transformation. Beginnings of neoshamanism are connected with religious experimentations of counterculture of 1960s and a typical example of the contemporary neoshamanism is a movement called rave. As an integral part of New Age Movement, neoshamanism tries to awake pre-modern religions and to unite them with high technology of present info-culture. | ||
