Zweitens wird auf die Ausbildung und Nachwuchsgewinnung in der Pflege fokussiert, vor allen Dingen im Zusammenhang mit der Akademisierung des Pflegeberufs im Gesundheitswesen. Drittens wird die Frage nach einer vergleichbaren und gerechten Entlohnung gestellt. | ||

Our contribution analyses three essential problematic situations in connection with the current care policy. Firstly, the tension between professionalism and economisation in the health care system is addressed, especially in inpatient long-term care. Secondly, the focus is on training and recruitment in nursing, especially in connection with the academization of the nursing profession in the health sector.
