We need a transformative political practice that can be transgressive, disarmed and vulnerable; that is capable of being surprised by the new that is emerging; that accompanies the processes of community growth towards autonomy, leaving the weapons of stereotypes, ideologies and prejudices; that is capable of crossing collective wounds and transforming them into opportunities for personal and community growth. The educational vision that seems to me useful to propose is that of a dreamy pedagogy, not only a social or urban one. Community participation can become, in fact, the pedagogical setting in which to reestablish links and mature sharing: a fertile ground from which democracy can find meaning to re-energize itself. | ||
