This article argues for a return to interdisciplinarity by engaging metaphysics and ethics, and in particular Iris Murdoch’s post-Christian notions of the Good and void, to help better account for the experiences of veterans who claim that they hurt not only physically but also morally as a result of their wartime experience. | ||
