A prática da ténica vipassana como ensinada por essa tradição tem como foco a observação equânime (upekkha) da impermanência (aniccia) das sensações corporais, visto que tudo que surge na mente surge também como sensação corporal (vedana), libertando assim o ser dos condicionamentos mentais (sankhara) que o levam ao sofrimento. | ||
