O presente texto analisa os problemas fundamentais esboçados nesta filosofia da religião. Primeiramente é esboçada a questão constitutiva da relação entre religião e revelação. A seguir, é examinada a proposta de Tillich de superação do conceito de religião pela religião, a religião em luta com o seu conceito. Estas duas primeiras partes representam uma espécie de prolegômeno à análise mais ampla que segue, dos elementos essenciais da religião. | ||

Paul Tillich ́s philosophy of religion, as developed by him in the decade of 1920, represents one of the best articulated intents of analysis of the phenomenon. The present text analyses the fundamental problems described in this philosophy of religion. The first two parts represent a sort of prolegomena, analysing the constitutive question of the relation between religion and revelation, and Tillich ́s proposal of a Überwindung of the concept of religion by religion itself, that means, religion conquering its own concept. Following this first part there is an analysis of the essential elements of religion according to Tillich. | ||
