| Résumé: | In this article, I will first provide a brief discussion of the geographical development of how the art of printing transformed Kabbalah from Italian courts to Polish shtetlach, focusing on the relationship between Italy and Poland. I will then move to the theoretical aspect and try to outline the dynamics of kabbalistic thought involved in this phenomenon. From a temporal point of view, the focus is on the sixteenth century, the era in which the crucial transformation of kabbalistic thought into an editorial product takes place. |
