The main conclusions of this study are the limited size of the single estates, their uneven location in the area of the diocese, the great differences among the regulars' patrimonies and the weight of clerical property in the exploitation relations of the land. The origins of property titles show that the convents’ patrimony was formed mainly by means of sales contracts, and secondarily thanks to endowments and donations. The Eighteenth Century was a very advantageous period to the formation of the regulars' property. | ||
| 520 | |a Mediante el estudio de los libros de cobro y registros de bienes de los conventos zamoranos se analiza la tipología de la propiedad agraria de los regulares. Las conclusiones principales del estudio son las escasas extensiones de las fincas, su desigual localización en el territorio de la diócesis, las grandes diferencias patrimoniales entre conventos y el peso de los bienes de regu-lares en las relaciones de explotación de la tierra. El origen de los títulos de propiedad indica que el patrimonio conventual se formó principalmente por actos de compraventa y secundariamente por legados o donaciones. El siglo XVIII fue un período muy favorable para la formación del patrimonio de regulares. | ||
