Summary: | This work is an attempt to approach the problem of the relationships between Nietzscheanthought and Christianity from a reflective philosophical and theological pointof view. Which Christianity was attacked by Nietzsche? Departing from an articleby Karl Löwith and a book chapter by Jean-Luc Marion, the subject shows all of itscomplexities. Nietzsche’s critical view was directed mainly against modern moralChristianity, against the «mundane metamorphoses» of Christianity in his time. Wemust however not exclude another aspect: the critical and parasitic relationship whichNietzschean thought may hold with the Christianity of ecclesial dogma. |
