Après le rappel des problèmes de chronologie des phases finales de la préhistoire mésopotamienne, on propose ici une série de coupes schématiques du site: ces coupes permettent de s'interroger sur le rythme auquel s'est développé cet établissement proto-urbain, puis de confronter nos conclusions aux nouveaux schémas chronologiques proposés au cours des dernières années. /// The Gawra sequence remains a much debated subject: the understanding of the levels, the interpretation of its architectural remains, as its cultural evolution are still difficult to understand in spite of recent and very stimulative works on the topic. Here are summed up the main chronological problems and we propose a new schematic cut of the site.
