Résumé:In January 2022, The Hastings Center convened a two-day virtual summit called "Righting the Wrongs: Tackling Health Inequities." On day one, speakers including Isabel Wilkerson and Richard Rothstein discussed how the social and economic determinants of health came to be so unequal in the first place. Day two focused on solutions, with panels offering examples of what can be done to improve health policy, clinical care, research, and professional education.
