Terror has not been regarded as a just way because of the wrongs done by those demanding justice. The Muslim faces with serious problems when trying to live in a world where the possibilities of science and technology have been used both materially and spiritually. In order to creat himself by his own cultural existence, he must create new values feeding on his own cultural roots, permanently coming face to face with that of West. Against the West considering him a terrorist and a child of “ an undeveloped culture, he is obliged to creat in science, technology, art and thought the products and values arising from his own values.
