Islam basically aims at the disappearance of acts considered crime. For this reason, it educates the people in terms of belief and moral and takes preventive measures. In spite of all measures taken before the commitment of crime, if the crime is commited, a preventive and improving punishment, in accordance with the nature of crime, is fixed.
