A survey measuring Egalitarianism / Complementarianism gender role ideology and career aspirations was distributed to a random sample of 400 students of which 271 participants responded. Results indicated a statistically significant relationship exists between gender role attitude and career goals. Results also showed that an Egalitarian gender role attitude has a positive effect on the level to which a female aspires. | ||
