The aim of this paper will demonstrate that performance of the Vivaha Samskara is seen as important and intrinsically meaningful because it represents on a microcosmic scale various cosmic transitions which locate the ritual paradigm of Vivaha within the Hindu Wel- tanschauung. | ||
