Nos centraremos en la Declaración de los Derechos del Niño (1959) y en la Convención de los Derechos del Niño (1989) por ser los dos documentos que mayor importancia han tenido en la defensa del bienestar de la infancia a nivel internacional. Y finalizaremos esta primera parte haciendo un breve recorrido de los derechos de la infancia enla legislación española. Posteriormente analizaremos la situación en la que se encuentra la infancia centrándonos en cuatro dimensiones: pobreza, educación,trabajo y maltrato. | ||
