This lecture contends that the insights from human ethology help people understand themselves, their attachment to place and their attitudes, but that these insights have been largely neglected. There is much to be learned from the ethologists that not only can be helpful in the planning of physical facilities but also is crucial to understanding the behavior patterns of church members.
