Description
Summary:This study investigated the relationship between the Theological School Inventory and the Profiles of Ministry inventory. Data from both instruments were collected from 319 first-year Southern Baptist seminarians. Canonical analysis indicated that a relatively small proportion of variance is predicted in each inventory by the other. A dimensional factor analysis showed that five factors emerged, connoting people-focus, personal conviction, individual/social, self-confidence, and flexibility. Neither inventory can replace the other.
