| Zusammenfassung: | Observations on the legal interaction between Catholic Church Entities, business activities and bankruptcy procedures · The essay analyzes the interaction between the special discipline of Catholic Church entities provided by Law no. 222 of 1985, the exercise of the business activities they carry out in the market for goods and services in competition with all other economic operators, and the possible applicability to Catholic entities of the bankruptcy procedures envisaged for cases of inability to meet the pecuniary obligations assumed towards creditors. The gaps in the current regulatory framework are assessed, even after the new code of the crisis and business insolvency (Legislative Decree no. 14 of 2019), and possible solutions are suggested to resolve an inadmissible systemic aporia. |
