Description
Résumé:This afterward synthesizes the primary arguments of each of the contributors to this volume, and suggests several next steps for analyses of gender and the far right. The chapter suggests that there is a need for more serious inquiry in four domains: on the intersections of extremism and gender-based violence, on how gender relates to subcultural and place-based challenges in terms of where women encounter extremist messages and first enter far-right scenes; comparative work on religion and far-right extremism, including more analyses of evangelical Christianity, and the inclusion of more work on gender-based efforts to counter far-right mobilization.
