Among both sexes, the data demonstrated preferences for intuition (60% among the men and 68% among the women) and for judging (74% among the men and 73% among the women). In terms of the orientations, preference for introversion was expressed by 51% of the men and 59% of the women. In terms of the judging process, preference for feeling was expressed by 45% of the men and 66% of the women. These data confirmed the findings of earlier research among male and female Anglican ministers in England that there is less variation between the psychological type profiles of male and female clergy than between the psychological type profiles of men and women in the general population.
