| Zusammenfassung: | Although e-health has gained prominence in the Sustainable Development Goals, the lack of Development Goals, the lack of precise indicators makes it difficult to measure its impact. It was not until 2017 and the 2017 and the International Telecommunication Union's Action Plan for governments to put in place quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria. However, e-health remains the fertile ground for frugal innovations based in particular on mobile health. Même si la e-santé a pris de l'importance dans les Objectifs de Développement durable, l'absence d'indicateurs précis empêche de mesurer son impact. Il a fallu attendre 2017 et le Plan d'action de l'Union Internationale des Télécommunications pour que les gouvernements mettent en place des critères d'évaluation quantitatifs et qualitatifs. Pourtant, la e-santé reste le terrain fertile d'innovations frugales reposant notamment sur la santé mobile. |
