Much as the article by Emmons (2000) and the responses by Gardner (2000), Kwilecki (2000), and Mayer (2000) raised many thought-provoking comments, some questions of central relevance to this issue seemed to be dealt with only marginally in these articles. In this article, I discuss what I consider to be the main examples of such questions.
