In a general way, albeit applied to the specificities of various contexts, the study aims to highlight the need to develop a greater degree of awareness of one’s own normative role and a capacity for more effective interactions among recipients of the law, thus ensuring that cooperation between state law and private self-regulation does not result merely in the intrusion of criminal law systems and defensive/sanctioning approaches on the daily lives of those involved in the institutions’ activities. | ||
