In the religious systems of the religions of the Abrahamic tradition there is no single answer to the question of which sex was the first person. Recently, British scientists have even tried to prove that Eve is 84 thousand years older Adam. Парадоксом екзистенції виду Homo sapiens є те, що ми навіть не знаємо: Хто ми? Чому ми такі? Звідки взялись? Навіщо? В усі часи - від античності до нашого часу - філософи торкались цієї теми. Важливе місце посідає вона і в усіх релігіях світу.
