The thesis of this article is on how God's revelation of Himself - "ius divinum" can be identified as God's fidelity to humankind in incorporating an acknowledgement of the dignity of each individual and thus expressed in the form of human rights. | ||

In der Diskussion dieser Positionen wird die These vertreten, dass das "ius divinum" aufgrund der göttlichen Selbstoffenbarung als die Personwürde des Menschen achtende und so Menschenrechte postulierende Treue Gottes zu den Menschen identifiziert werden kann. | ||
