Given the high percentage of women enrolled in psychology programs at all levels of higher education (bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral), it is essential that women see themselves reflected in and represented by the resources of the Christian theological tradition. In the present article, we discuss why women’s theologies matter for our work within the field of psychology. We provide an overview and discussion of women’s theologies, in addition to identifying how this theological literature can inform and broaden our teaching, research, supervision, and clinical practice as psychologists. | ||
