| Summary: | This paper examines the uses, procedures, and promised efficacy of do-it-yourself dhāraṇī kits sold at Buddhist Supply Stores (Pulgyo yongp’um 佛敎用品) in South Korea. The use of these kits, typically sold for 3,000 Korean won (approx.
