|a Die vorliegende Arbeit nimmt Oevermanns religionssoziologisches Modell der Struktur von Religiosität auf und fragt, von dieser Basis ausgehend, nach der 'individuellen Religion', die die befragten (Religions-)Lehrer in ihrer Biographie entwickelt haben. Religiöse Sozialisation wird dabei als Leistungssozialisation verstanden, in deren Mittelpunkt die Frage nach Möglichkeiten der Bewährung - dem 'guten Leben' - steht. Die Antwort auf diese Frage wird in einem je individuellen Bewährungsmythos formuliert. Ein Ziel der Arbeit war, die heuristische Tauglichkeit des Begriffs des 'Bewährungsmythos' für eine fallorientierte (religions)pädagogische Lehrerforschung in der exemplarischen Durchführung der Analyse und Interpretation von zwei biographischen Interviews mit der Methode der objektiven Hermeneutik praktisch zu erproben (testing to the limits). Neben der Rekonstruktion der Bewährungsmythen der Befragten, die Auskunft über ihr individuelles Verständnis von evangelischer Religion geben sollen, werden auch die - teils problematischen - biographischen Wurzeln der Motive, die zur Berufswahl 'Lehrer' geführt haben, freigelegt. <dt.>

|a This qualitative-empirical study is based on Oevermann's sociological model of the structure of relgiousness and reconstructs the individual religion of two teachers of religious education, which they have developed in their religious socialisation. 'Religion' in terms of Oevermann's sociology is defined as a 'Bewährungsmythos' ('myth of probation'), which gives information about the answers an individual has found in view of the question about the 'good life' and what she or he can do to achieve it. In this sense religious socialisation can be defined as a socialisation of achievement. The main aim of this study is to test with the method of 'objective hermeneutics' the heuristic capability of this concept as a contribution to a reconstructive, case-study based pedagogic research on teachers (of religious education). The study shows in two exemplary analyses and interpretations of objective data and sequences of the interviews that their restricted comprehension of the subject 'protestant religion' as well as the - partly problematic - motives of their choice of career have deep roots in the family history of the questioned teachers and their individual appropriation of the 'Bewährungsmythos'. <engl.>
