Dieser Artikel übt Kritik an dieser Deutung, da die Art und Intensität der domititanischen Christenverfolgung, selbst wenn man sie auf Kleinasien beschränke, zunehmend fraglich geworden sei. Nach K. bietet die Johannesoffenbarung Indizien für eine erbitterte innerchristliche Kontroverse über Nähe oder Distanz zur hellenistisch-römischen Gesellschaft. Ausführlich beschäftigt sich K. anhand des dritten Sendschreibens (Apg 2,12-17) mit der Gemeinde von Pergamon und geht kursorisch auf Offb 13 und Offb 17-19 ein, um abschließend den Sitz im Leben zu bestimmen. |8 0 | ||
